typical for IIROC, there to protect ???? Insider sells, and a ten year old kid can see that Jennings and CIBC had the news before the street. What will they do ?? NOTHING.

The Exchange officials will state emphatecially that we have in Canada some of the strongest Insider Trading Laws in the world, BUT it remains to be seen if there is any degree of Enforcement. What use is a Law if you are not willing to enforce?
