"By the time I get to Phoenix.....

they'll be rising ! ".... can't get that tune out of my head! ...and I'm not going to worry anymore about my huge stake in this Tuscany...something about the large Bid Volume tells me to be optimistic....and the Posters for the most part are informed on the methodology of Walter and his ways with other Enterprises he headed up. Connections mean everything in the Oil business...... right?
