Time is of the Essence
We are almost 1/2 way there. Is the firm starting work on this in good faith that we have the deposit by month's end or are they holding up until the retainer is in hand. If I was them and I was relying on funding from a bulletin board, I wouldn't be doing anything until the money is in hand. Everyone who hasn't anti-ed up, please do so the sooner the better. I know in bankruptcies, things move fast, especially if the fix is in.

Stompintom, don't worry, Landis is working on the case right RIGHT NOW. Actually, they've been working on it for a moment. They know that they'll get the money.

The firm has been working tirelessly on this for some time, even before we had committed to choosing them. Their willingness to do so was one of the major factors in choosing them.

Let's go everyone!!! I'm in with my donation and if we're still short ( which I can't believe !) ill chip in more, my share count along with rivergreen jr. is 170,000 and I know there are a lot bigger stake holders in this company!!!!
