Investor meeting

Investor meeting We hosted TELUS International for a Non-Deal Roadshow in Toronto with Vanessa Kanu (CFO) and Jason Mayr (Head of IR). The company met a broad investor base ranging from existing long-term investors to new entrants interested in understanding the company’s recent performance vs longer term business trajectory as macroeconomic concerns abate. Key topics of discussion included ongoing business momentum, current pricing environment, outlook on revenue growth and margins, capital allocation priorities, M&A pipeline and above all the evolution of Gen-AI and its implications on the overall CX space.

After impressive revenue growth  55%(2020) and  38% (2021)  investor are expecting only 3,7%(2024)  and 6.8%(2025) Net margin - 5%(2024) and 7 %(2025)
