RE:RE:RE:RogerroothBeing a long term shareholder of TKO, it never ceases to amaze me what I keep finding out
as time goes by. Thats the first I've heard about the EA's own engineers removing the floor
plan from the talings pond model that TKO had submitted. Even more astounding, once
that was pointed out, according to their policy(rules), you can't resubmit the same model
again even though it was EA's own engineers who caused the mistake? What country are
we living in? Is this Canada or some 3rd world autocracy that has rules in place designed to
deny permits and projects to go ahead unless of course the gov't or power priviledged individuals
get their cut of the profits.
Obviously from the way this was handled, EA did not want to grant TKO a permit for NP. The
reasoning behind it however smells of bias and possible politcal interference in the process.
If this is true and accurate, somebody in EA or the gov't has some explaining to do IMO. I
wonder what TKO's response to this was at the time? Sounds like the basis of a legal action
to me.
