Well Snuggles, maybe you will sleep better next to ShaNaNa and awake to fifty better cups of coffee after ten third sleeps when you pursue the following article: https://www.mining.com/northern-dynasty-to-challenge-rejection-on-pebble-next-month/
After you give this the once over, let us all know if you still fret about the connection between the two companies and the aforementioned BOD members.

Sounds exactly like the NP story. "You did everything we asked you to do, but we are still going to say no, just because." No more discussion. Its likely going to end like the NP story too. The primary difference is that NP threatens one lake and very small amound of rainbow trout, the most prolific species of trout in the world. It is not on the largest salmon fishery in the world.
This push back is not to get the permit, but to stave off lawsuits.
For those that actually take the time to look at the project in its entirety, it becomes quite clear that the Pebble Creek property is 50 some odd miles away from the "largest salmon fishery in the world" and the company has taken precautionary steps to ensure no harm will be done. It's all fake news and propaganda. That's why ND will vigorously fight the fight. That said, the bottom line is this: Even if ND loses the battle in the Courts, the common Board Members between Taseko and ND will have a zero affect on Taseko corporate affairs.
