RE:silverVery little of this stock is held by institutions. They are not going to want to get in the front door. Its dirty, but its how the street works. Go watch that Cramer video. I am with the Robinhooders in the fact that the hedge funders are crooks. They are. They manupulate stock, send out false information, and make millions. They got caught with their pants down on this one.
All this to say, the likelihood of another PP like the last one is . . .

Deal with the devil to get institutional ownership which will eventually drive up price but will cost investors in the short term.
