Florence litigation resolution?
Just a guess, but it was reported in June that the Town of Florence decided to appeal the two recent superior court decisions in favor of Florence Copper. The Town website (under the Clerk's section) shows an agenda for July 20 where the town board held a closed session to maintain it's attorney/client privilege to discuss the two appeals with its attorney.
Maybe they've decided to finally given up. Who knows. Best guess I have at the moment.

Definitely something is cooking.. regret selling @97 cents.. but profit is a profit... Core still in it for at least a double so next sale would be of another 25% around 1.5... what to buy now.... NCU seems a bit risky nofluff... what do you guys think of copper mountain? both capstone and taseko have made nice moves.. any thoughts?

Thoughts? Why move from Taseko? Their future / pipeline is superb and the stock price still dirt cheap with the runup included...lots more value right here. Just a thought.
