...timeframe NDM selling pre-TKO PP at 1.01 - 1.15 as from Nov 4-> Nov 11

PP of TKO announced on Nov 11 !!

IMHO they have been creating a "friendly" entrypoint to "favorite" NDM-shareholders switching from NDM to TKO. They saw it coming and wanting to move back their money to a safer place with lots of potential. 

For now NDM issues are surely holding back TKO. 
+ Bashers/Shorters showing up again.
Otherwise TKO would have been a CAD +2.00 stock already.

Time will tell.... but copper price will help the profitability of Gib to overcome some issues.

Unfortunately, I think u could b correct elg. The 4th was a 30 million share sell off driving the ndm price down 2 a dollar. Then regular volume after that. The investigators will b looking at all paper trails. Untill this is cleared up, tko will b dead in the water. There is no way tko should b paying hdi legal fees for any of this. The true pp cost looks like will b astronomical. Florence

Fluff, why would there be a permit hold up?  That's just crazy talk.  Environmental permits are based on the science and the local community, not board make up.

Hi Jc.. on the surface you are correct in that permits are based on science....but that naivety is not the reality.... permits are about soci-ecomonic factors, politics, trust , cash, and yes they are all flowered around "science"... but science would stated that all mines have a negative impact....so its the negative impact vs. The other factors mentioned above that determine if you get

Fish.  There is NO as in NONE opposition to Florence right now.  Political opposition dried up last spring, most environmnentalist are FOR it because they know copper has to be mined somehow and this is the least environmentally intrusive way to do it, there is no community opposition at all, the community came out overwhelmingly in support of the mine.  The economic factors are

No clue.  Everything is delayed with Covid.

Its governement offices.  They are all running really slow.  That is the reality of the world we are in.  Besides that, November/December was the expected timeline anyway. Try getting anything throug a govt office these days.  Building permits, business permits, even drivers licenses are taking forever.   I ordered a new drivers licence months ago and have not gotten
