Company Takeover

I am wondering how many shares amalgamated are needed to take over Taseko??  I can see a new business model on the internet emerging where smaller retail shareholders can pool their resources voting numbers. I know programmers that could look into this.

Johnboy... i will answer your simple question.... 1. The retail shareholders currently are the majority owners (by a large margin) of tko....2. If you want to try and organize a movement to elect new directors you can but you need to nominate people first.... you cant just say blow out the existing....you need replacements.... so snuffles , cooper, headly, jc, and even you are on the new slate.... ...more

I can see many companies controlled a new way through a website. Software programs don't need free share options. Elections are now won by social networking and Ecommerce has wiped out brick and mortar stores. Something to work on.
