Last Minute Jump

Someone came in near the close of the session and purchased enough shares to drive the share price up a nickel US. Interesting, considering how the rest of the trading day played out. Wouldn't it be nice to have some better clarity from management? Other than letting all know that Florence local leaders will not pursue further litigation, how about the real issues at hand? We all know what they are. Lack of communicative updates continues to keep the share price in check as we should be well over $2 by now with these current copper prices.

The report that local leaders would not object to Florence was much more important than is being realized....the Fed permit would NEVER go ahead until the State permit was in place. And, financing will NOT be released until the Fed permits are final.

You state the obvious golden, everyone here knows as such. The point is the local government tried numerous time to fight the project and failed miserably every time, racking up millions in legal fees they're on the hook for. Continued fighting would be fruitless and they finally came to know that. Same with the financing in terms of permit issuance. We all know the deal and have for a long ...more
