I hope all long timers were with me on the buy following the news yesterday.
I expect lots of news quick now. Notes close on feb 10. Permit issued feb 20. Also larger design of 125 million pounds. Jv on march 1rst. Mill retool announcment feb 20. Np agreement with fn. March 1rst. Ymi ea submision april 1rst.
All those thoughts and have not even had 1rst coffee.
So 136 million pounds from gib and 125 million from florence. 261 million pounds per year at 3 cads a pound is 750 million or 2.50 cad eps for a 50.00 sp.

Florence CAPEX and refi of existing for an additional $6 million a year in interest. That's nearly $200 million in free cash flow for $6 million in cost. Yes. The market should like that.

Warren Buffets simple rule. If you had the money would you buy the entire company for its present market cap? with this company, the answer is yes. Yes I would. The assets and expected cash flow absolutely justify it. In spite of the stinkin PP.
