year end delay.

I think I know what is up. Both ncu and tko are late. Likely they are making a deal for ncu to buy out florence.  Each tko share will recieve 3 ncu shares.

Makes sense to me:))

both ncu and bwcg are up 7% so far today. Looks like good year end reports coming. Tko should b good as well.  nf
