This is what should have happened after the permit. All this stress about banks is related to high interest rates. The only thing driving inflation now is rent costs. Which are driven by high interest rates. If we cut interest rates now inflation will go...... down. Tko should be at least 3.50usd at today's price. Once Florence is running... look out.
