RE:RE:RE:RE:Fasten SeatbeltsHere's why your point is not well taken.  In 2021 gold was $1800. ARTG trading at $5 then was grossly mispriced. Didn't have a feasibility, financing, construction decision and was largely unknown....Today gold is $2000 and TLG will be at 10% of NAV so it's starting from a grosly undervalued point. ARTG is fairly priced now...TLG is underpriced.  It's all about what you pay and when you choose your starting points. Go back to 2020 and ARTG was $1 so it's now a multi bagger.
