Hey Storck. Welcome to the board. I wouldn't be able to give you all the differences but basically so far it looks like TLO is a higher grade but i don't think they're going to be as large as CNC. They're located in Minnesota and in about 3-4 years the only other quality mine in the US will be end of life and that will mean TLO will be the go to mine. They have the option to purchase up to 60% of the project from Rio Tinto. The thing that bothers me a bit is their high share count. I could see them doing a reverse split in the near future but I think they're pretty solid. I could see the US govt locking in some tonnage with these guys. There have been closed door virtual meetings between the two. I own both of these companies. I'll attach a news release for you about TLO. I think it's pretty thorough... I think CNC will be in production much sooner and could be a monster. However I like both of these companies alot. There's actually so much to talk about.
