I hate to burst the bubble but this is already priced in. Don't expect anything but major selling from insiders now that the news is out

Likely indeed, seeing that the nickel project has yet to be licensed on oh so many levels. Sorry to say, but we will not see a significant production within the next 10 quarters. Good luck to all!

At face value the news release is certainly more bullish for Tesla than Talon, since Tesla is the one securing a future supply of a scarce resource, but what we don't know yet is the degree to which the two companies will partner/cooperate. It could prove to be very positive for Talon once we learn that.
