Prices

PricesI haven't posted here before but I thought I would share a few things. Lumber futures are flat to down this week but it is consistent with the summer doldrums. I am surprised that Tembec did not get a boost from their financials from a couple weeks ago as they have turned a corner. The SLA agreement I do not think anything will happen before March 1st as most talk at the moment is just noise. Lumber prices are ok for the mills now and most are making money. I don't know if Tembec will get a boost from the Tolko paper mill closing in The Pas Manitoba but it does change the landscape a little. Watch for Tembecs balance sheet to get better because of housing starts increasing in the U.S. . Cash flow is certainly better for this company and we will know if Mr. Lopez retires debt in the near future like he said he would. If there is anyone else that would like to comment it would be appreciated. Thx.
