RE: No brainer at this price to let it go...Not surprising the SP is getting pounded owing to the delay in the new reserves/resource estimate. The market is tedious at best, but these days, no news is digested as bad news unfortunately. Hey, if was cheap @ $3, then all the more so @ $2. The flight to the U.S. $$ is giving all commodities grief - seems like the BETA between Au and U.S. $$ has re-aligned back to 1.0. Given all the news re: last week being one of the highest inflows to Gold, and Central Bankers being net buyers, one has to think that it is the paper markets - i.e. J.P Morgan and the likes fcuking with the market again. If the U.S. gov't were really serious about all this and "change" etc. being touted, they would say to the Banks, either you are a hedge fund or a bank - make a choice!! But no, they are just as complicit - b/c no doubt all their cronies are in eachother's back pockets.
