RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Caballo purchase is making me a Timmins shareholderThe fundamentals used to be much stronger until the dollar started strengthening against all other currencies, partly because the other currencies are printing even faster, and there is this expectation that the Fed will start raising rates.  If that were to occur, it would a tremendous amount of pressure on gold.  Worst case scenario for gold, is that the yearly production is but a small % of the total stock of gold above ground.  All gold ever mind is still there and available for sale at the right price, so even if mines provide no supply, one could say that theoretically gold could still be sold if somehow there is a collective (if not insane) agreement that it's not worth as much as it's trading at (unlike silver which is mostly no longer available once it's used for industrial uses.).
