Who the f*** is Rick Rule anyways???Who cares what RR said, he works for Sprott which financed Timmins a while ago. He's a salesman that wants to continue getting a paycheque. He was on the board of a company I had shares in and he brought nothing to the company. Why he is a gold expert is a wonder to me. My rant is over.
