Tempus Resources Ltd is an Australia-based junior exploration company with a portfolio of gold projects in Canada and Ecuador. The Company operates in three geographical segments: Australia, Canada and Ecuador. The Company's projects include Blackdome-Elizabeth Gold Project and Ecuador Projects. The Blackdome-Elizabeth Gold Project consists of two separate mineralization styles and is located in south central British Columbia, Canada. The Blackdome Mine site includes a 200 tons per day permitted mill and tailings facility. Its key group of projects include the Rio Zarza and Valle del Tigre projects located in southeast Ecuador. The Rio Zarza project is located adjacent to Lundin Gold’s Fruta del Norte project. The Valle del Tigre project is an early stage, exploration project in the prospective Cordillera del Condor mineral belt of southeast Ecuador. Rio Zarza comprises two concessions covering approximately 1,000 hectares, directly adjacent to the west of Fruta del Norte.

RE:RE:What are the existing reserves /resources???  Thankyou   Stanmore.  .  So  at your computed   $39    per ounce,  my immediate thoughts that this is a  fair /generous offer  that is not likely to  provoke a  better offer..  However I note that  these numbers are dated  Dec  2018,  two years ago and  obviously  there has been   a  number of ounces   mined,  poured and sold in the last two years,  so  the sale  of the remaining ounces  is at an effective premium to  $40.


However  the reserve /resource ounces were valued in  2018  at   $1250 /$1400  which  clearly need updating today .  Unless and untill a  revised  4301 is prepared,  it is tuff  for us to generate meaningfull revised numbers.   I strongly suspect that Agnico  bellieves  that  it can mine this  material  at a lower cost than TMAC  was able to do
