Insider BUYING

With the stock depressed and the Q3 financials just out so the blackout period over, one would think that this would be an ideal time for insiders to be buying. THEY ARE!

From what I can tell one of largest shareholders Resource Capital Funds bought a fair number of shares on Thursday.

From TMAC IR=> As part of our royalty amendment with Maverix announced in August 2019, we have the option to pay the quarterly royalty to Maverix in shares or cash.
