RE:Why is this trading above the offer price?Got caught here during the supposed buyout in 2019. Multiple offers (allegedly), including one led by Mitchell group, but not one disclosed. How could company refuse offer led by their own CEO and COB? Didn't make sense! Lo and behold they sell for $0.13? Unbelievable! Malone is shady AF. Gives me BTK vibes too.
