That's the most obvious reason hes owning it. Gotta be patient, own it for 6 months and wait. The market is very short sited and he is going to capitalize.

A number of years ago when I owned this stock I did the math and realized that DD was getting over $1 million a month in distributions. Not a bad way to go through life.

REITS cant stop being dawgs
they ignore any positive news, trade sideways, then wait for a bad data piece and tank.
