RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Thinking of Buying. What's the dividend payout frequency?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Thinking of Buying. What's the dividend payout frequency?Up until this year I wasd doing quite nicely with BPY.UN but now Brookfield is buying them up outright.  I'm looking for a new home for that money.

Never assume that the dividends are carved in stone.

Anyway, we'll find out tomorrow what the financial state of TNT.UN is when they report on the first quarter of the year.

A 2.4 Payout to Earnings Ratio is simply NOT sustainable.

There WILL be a dividend cut at some point or else it becomes a Ponzi Scheme where the payouts are coming from Investors' money.

I'll buy after the other shoe has fallen, thanks.  At this price polnt I'm finding it less and less appealing.

Gary ;)
