This is a free market. People are allowed to trade at any price with their stock and money.
If you think stock market should trade to your own expectation then you have a problem. Dictatorship does not exist here.

There is no imminent benefit to the shareholder without the dividend, so people are not buying. That's all. Shareholders do not really care about the buybacks, they want their money paid out monthly.
I was happy with 70% down as long as I got my dividend to entertain and live my life. Now without the fat dividend, I need to sell my holdings in other non-undervalued shares to live. I REALLY HOPE DD UNDERSTANDS THAT IS THE CASE FOR MANY PEOPLE, AND NOT JUST THINK FOR HIMSELF.
