If you've not seen the benefits of a stable DIV, I think you should "DUMP TODAY". In fact I recommend you DUMP at Market value so you're sure your sell doesn't have lingering, unsold shares. what professional  accountant told me when I asked him to look it over  I had a look at True North’s financial information and from what I can see it does look like some unit holder distributions are being paid with debt proceeds, but certainly not all distributions are being paid with debt.  The cash flow from operations doesn’t look like it’s enough to fund both unit holder ...more
