I'm guessing you're talking about the US government. As I understand, TNT is Canadian 100%. All just my understanding, guessing, could be wrong, if so please correct me.

The US debt ceiling fiasco will once again grab headlines soon. And, like all US news crises, Canadian equities catch a cold. Regardless, the debt ceiling will get kicked down the road again. Any selloff due to it is a buy the dip moment.
