the damage is already done. It literally cannot go down anymore unless the company goes insolvent. However, for now at least, it is not the case and the market over corrected. We`ve been over corrected for several months, but the market can be irrational for a very long time. This is good opportunity to average down on your costs for sophisticated buyers. all you need to do is look at AFFO ...more

Good call you are exactly correct o ia If there was a time to buy REITs it's know not when there at all time highs!    Block out all the negative comments do your own research then actually have the ( balls ). To buy when you feel the valuation is worth the risk!!  Depending on how you feel about rates and inflation for me I feel we are at the height of rates!!    ...more
