He is part of the executive team and "lead independent trustee".  Having someone in this position completely liquidate their position at $1.15 or something is INCREDIBLY bearish. What does he know that we dont? Doubt he would do this attempting to buy back in in January much higher.  

He previously bought big during dividend cut at $3.xx

Everyone has a reason to sell, who knows what his was. Unless I see DD selling I don't put much weight on any of the other insiders here.

Ossip selling at 6,89$ seems to have had little effect on the market. His shares have since been more or less swallowed up entirely by buyers, and it appears that he sold at the very bottom. These are not his personal shares and the sale could had been done for a myriad of reasons, I cannot tell for certain. I am not worried, however, at this news and neither is the market, since shares are up 15%

Ya I mean its tough to argue against it that its 'not somewhat bearish'.. all that said, he the net purchases from internal is much bigger and the market didn't seem to care about it.
