LOL what you wrote is the exact definition of a dividend. That is just a way it is treated to reduce taxes. Anyway, the stock price ran up for an expectation of a dividend reinstatement and now it is tanking because the lack of it. They should just f**king reinstate it for the share price to go up lol.

The guy purchased a pile of units last year and early this year.. and he may buy still more yet you don't know that forsure.  He continues a steady clip of buybacks with the corperate funds, about 1.5% of the total outstanding is disapearing on a monthly basis.  Not sure what else you want exactly lol.  1.5% of total company outstanding shares is an incredible amount of equity
