TORC Oil & Gas Ltd. T.TOG

Primary Symbol: VREYD

TORC Oil & Gas Ltd engages in the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas reserves in the southeast Saskatchewan area. Crude oil constitutes an overwhelming majority of the production mix the company gathers from its assets. TORC gains access to its assets through government issued royalties and uses various techniques to identify hydrocarbon reservoirs. The company focuses heavily on light oil resource plays and relies on a three-phased strategy of resource capture, delineation, and production growth.

future prospects

future prospectsI agree that Tristar's management is a vast improvement over the Real management. I am coming into this merger from the Real side and I believe that Real has a vast holding of quality assets which are grossly undervalued due to mismanagment. I believe the new management will be better able to bring full value to all these assets and like the prospects going forward. I just don't understand the lengthy time period to complete the merger. It seems to have created an abundance of down time with no progress made by either company. That was the big mistake. It only took Real's management a day to clean out their desks not months. Real has a vast holding of quality assets which are not showing any value at current prices. Bring on the new management. OceanRanger1
