TORC Oil & Gas Ltd. T.TOG

Primary Symbol: VREYD

TORC Oil & Gas Ltd engages in the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas reserves in the southeast Saskatchewan area. Crude oil constitutes an overwhelming majority of the production mix the company gathers from its assets. TORC gains access to its assets through government issued royalties and uses various techniques to identify hydrocarbon reservoirs. The company focuses heavily on light oil resource plays and relies on a three-phased strategy of resource capture, delineation, and production growth.

Retail investors didn't place this company where it is today... THE  managment group did.. and mostly out of their own pocket and the pockets of smart and savvy venture capitalists that actually wanted to keep it private.... The way I see it... TOG is putting its self and it's share price out of reach of small time traders... at a price point above 7 bucks... TOG won't have a problem attracting institutional buy and hold... the Drip speaks for its self... the only thing that will stop TOG from doing what they say they will is execution of their exploration and development plan... it is absolutely true that a share consolidation leaves TOG room for additional equity issues... BUT the only way to climb the E&P ladder is with deep pockets... finding liquids in this day and age requires some very expensive holes... $10 MM is common and as much as $20MM is not unheard of... Oil and gas is no longer a Mom and Pop operation...it takes size and deep pockets...TOG is just coming out of the gate and I for ONE am quite optimstic that  it will see near 50K BOE/d within the next 5 years...

as always it's just my opinion get your own...
