TORC Oil & Gas Ltd. T.TOG

Primary Symbol: VREYD

TORC Oil & Gas Ltd engages in the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas reserves in the southeast Saskatchewan area. Crude oil constitutes an overwhelming majority of the production mix the company gathers from its assets. TORC gains access to its assets through government issued royalties and uses various techniques to identify hydrocarbon reservoirs. The company focuses heavily on light oil resource plays and relies on a three-phased strategy of resource capture, delineation, and production growth.

I would temper my expectations regarding any dramtic uptick in stock pricing for TOG... the rule of the day is steady as she goes...LONG gone are the days of a Junior (or intermediate) proving up some reseves and creating an inventory for a potential purchaser to drill up... The atmosphere in the patch is one of wait and see... wait on an uptick in gas... wait on XL... wait on LNG facilities... all of that is a minimum of 5 years out... except maybe the XL pipeline...anyway... This managment group has read the tea leaves... and unless an accretive purchase lands in their lap I would think a high water mark for TOG will be around 12 bucks for the next year or two... of course with a DRiP TOG is paying shareholders to wait... not a bad place to be...or to park some capital

GLTA.. and to all a merry X-Mas...
