TORC Oil & Gas Ltd. T.TOG

Primary Symbol: VREYD

TORC Oil & Gas Ltd engages in the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas reserves in the southeast Saskatchewan area. Crude oil constitutes an overwhelming majority of the production mix the company gathers from its assets. TORC gains access to its assets through government issued royalties and uses various techniques to identify hydrocarbon reservoirs. The company focuses heavily on light oil resource plays and relies on a three-phased strategy of resource capture, delineation, and production growth.

Q3 report

Q3 reportNothing in particular I can see that is out of line. Would have expected a little more FCF at the prevaling commodity prices resulting in a small debt reduction, but instead net debt went up a little. They did say they expected FCF in Q4 based on budget. Debt level is manageable but would be nice to see them draw it down to where they were before the last acquisition. Still think they should be more proactive in their hedges and lock in a good portion of their oil and their gas production thru the end of next year which will insure the sustainable dividend.
Note, they realized .75/mcf on Nat gas in Q3. That number should go way up in Q4 and help a lot.
