What is this obsession you seem to have comparing TOU and ARX? This is the TOU BB so here we talk about TOU. If we wanted to discuss ARX we would go to the ARX BB. If you don't like ARX, fine, don't buy it and stop wasting everyone's time by talking about it. And if ARX posters come on this BB, then put them on ignore. 

Disclosure: For what it's worth, i own them both as they should both do well with rising NG prices. But to keep you happy bagcheese, TOU will do better! GLTA

ARX has way more debt than TOU.  As of Q2 2021 and based on size, ARX had ~3.5x more debt than TOU net of TPZ, 2.5x otherwise.  TOU is ~1.5x the production volume but had only ~$3B debt versus $5B for ARX (excluding deferred taxes).  Not deducting the value of Topaz either (which they still hold 40%). TOU would have to distribute the TPZ shares ($800M?) to shareholders AND ...more

Not all production is created equal. TOU = dry gas ARX = diversified, plenty of C5 & other liquids.
