NG will come back down just as hard once the weather pattern in the Eastern U.S. turns milder. This is just a very short term spike.

Well said Upinmuskoka. I would add, my mistake was to under appreciate how much the stock would get punished for TOU reinvesting in the company versus paying higher dividends.
