Quick Question: When Does LNG CDA start to draw??

Does anyone have an update on this? I get the info regarding the buildout, commisioning, etc. BUT when do they start to drawn? Or are they keeping it quiet b/c they know AECO will rise and their trying to fill with the chepest gas possible until it flips? Just curious as to timetable. Thanks in advance!
