Probably blackout period prior to earnings release March 6th.

Something seems to be brewing with TOU, it does feel like a blackout period as far as special dividends, I wonder how much of their NG and oil prices are hedged and at what price? it is not clear as to what is the hold up, this is the longest we have waited to hear about the SD.

They said they were going to divest some of the Bonavista assets perhaps this is a factor playing into what' may be/not be happening?

hang tough...NG is in the bottoming process...and then the inevitable turn up which will take TOU with it. Buying opportunity in the 50's...which I have been taking advantage of.
