RE:nothing but upgrades

RE:nothing but upgradesI think there are a couple reasons for the share price dropping and unimpressive share price movement after what was a great quarter in my opinion. Although there have been a handful of upgrades today BMO also downgraded it today due to headwinds from the Toys r Us bankrupcy filing. I think the bigger weight on the SP has been the comments in the conf call around the 2018 projections. Mgmt said "they expect gross sales to be mid to high single digits", this from a company that has been growing revenues more than 25% yearly. It seems that they are lowering expectations for growth. Mgmt does tend to be on the conservative side so is this a bit of them underpromising so they'll over deliver, maybe. Also these estimates don't take into account any future acquisitions. But either way I feel this is what is causing the drag on the SP. Investors are getting the message from mgmt that this year will not be as great in the growth department. FYI, I'm long TOY. Also surprised the SP didn't pop after that quarter until reading between the lines of the conf call.
