is as messy as Muddy Waters asserts, I haven't lost much. If Sino has stated their guidance correctly and openly, then
the share price should adjust  accordingly.
I'm sure some law firms will get wealthy regardless which way it goes. Some powerful and wealthy firms own TEC and they will want answers.
