The negative news on TRE has been exhausted, it is possible more could come out but that is quite the gamble at this point your chum down at muddy waters has moved on. Your buddies down at the ol G&M could have another crack but I doubt it. If anything positive news will come out supporting the current levels.
If anything this stock will float between $2.50-$3.50 until they are proven legit or fraud which will not be decided by July 16th when your puts expire, and if its at the upper end of that price range... they expire quite worthless....
Would have a little respect for you if you bought the puts with the intention of selling if it takes a hit down to $2.30-$2.20 which is possible in two weeks for a slight profit, but $1.00 or less on no news!!!!
