it will be $12 Billion lawsuit against Muddy Waters and Carson Block if all allegations are proven False.

What happen to Carson Block if he only worth about $1, where is he (so called one-man company) going to cough up $12 Billions. How is the regulator going to deal with this kind of people, the damage has been done and CB got $1 left in his bank account which registered under his name.
