Ok so Greenheart back trading...

...yes it is down as shareholders fear the unknown fate of Sino-Forest.  The media likes to fear monger look at how well stories of Doom & Gloom sell compared to the positive ones...psychology is at play here and in my opinion Greenheart has put to bed some of the South China Morning Post fear...Will Sino-Forest put to bed the numerous Globe and Mail articles???...Will the Globe report later on that it has been named in a lawsuit??? . Excerpt from the Greenheart NR:

"As at the date of this announcement, the Board understands from Sino-Forest that the Independent Committee appointed by Sino-Forest is still investigating the Sino-Forest allegations and has not reached any conclusions yet."

Nobody has a clue yet and those that do are tight lipped as the repercussions either way would be extensive.  Bottom line is that Greeheart has now successfully proven wrong some of its the allegations wrong as obviously its structure is very complicated...Can TRE do the same (bets are placed whether ppl like it or not for now...)?
