RE: RE: A " Chandler " theory!!

RE: RE: A " Chandler " theory!!Interesting perspectives, and quite optimistic. However, it's worthwhile to examine the potential negative outcomes. How is the ongoing investigation impacting Sino's current operations? Q3 ended on September 30th- will there be a Q3 earnings report issued by mid-November? Is Sino generating enough revenue to minimize the cash burn as the investigation drags on? What did the investigation find that led to the suspension of three VPs, and the curtailment of duties of a fourth, not to mention Chan's resignation? If there are material issues with reported revenues and assets, to what extent will financial restatements be required? This could be a complicated and lengthy process to re-produce audited financial statements, and the cease-trade order may remain in effect until this is completed. I do like the perspective that Sino will be the most scrutinized North American company operating in China. I guess what remains to be seen is the actual state of their financial statements and the actual viability of the business model.
