About time! but better late than never...finally someone is taking action and no longer assumes that management is doing things right. He clearly identified the same issues that the OSC and IC did...executives hindering the progress of the investigation and now he's calling on them to quit...Too bad he only has 20% and can't force these resignations, but he may be able to convince others to come on-board.

I would still like to know if it was he who urged Sino to sue Carson and others back in October(?)...Nothing ever came out of that...But finally some positive developments for shareholders
