Richard Chandler is the shareholders hope. from that statement he put out, sounds like hes keen on turning things around and even set out particular guidelines on how to get the company back on track. IMO we should keep an eye out on richard chandlers next news release on sino. that could be a make or break decision.

For those stuck, keep your head up, it aint over and dont listen to the bashers.
