RE: The Monitor I think it is pretty clear that SF engaged in significant undisclosed related party transactions, that were not at arms length, that made their previously issued financial statements unreliable, and ultimately prevented them from issuing any further statements. So in answer to your question, yes, Sino Forest is a fraud in terms of engaging in transactions inappropriate for a publicly traded company.
