I still don't understand, why not owning the land is such a big deal. Loggers in Canada make deals all the time with land owners for their logs,and don't own the land, but buy rights to the logs.Finally happy to see someone spoke up. Oh and Muddy water, Carson B is on Bnn again tomorrow talking about a China Bubble in Real Estate.
